Ramundo’s Pizzeria, established In 2000, was born on a few simple ideas. Gino Ramundo wanted to provide Cincinnati with something unheard of at the time, pizza by the slice, New York-Style.

It couldn’t be just any pizza though; it had to be authentic. It had to have some of our family’s history to it. It had to be… Ramundo’s. We’re not saying we make the best pizza in the world; that’s a fight that will never be won. However, per our devoted customers, we make the closest thing to New York-Style pizza in Cincinnati. The only thing more important than our pizza is customer service. Ever gone into a place only to be ignored by the workers? Yeah we have too, and we don’t like it. That’s why we incorporate S.C.S. S.C.S. is a very simple concept! Simply standing for Superior Customer Service! We don’t just want you to enjoy the food; we want you to enjoy the experience! We have instituted this because we feel that you, the customer, deserve to be noticed and appreciated as soon as you enter the restaurant. We coined S.C.S. as an easy reminder that every customer that walks through our door deserves our attention right away. Our goal is to service customers in the most superior way possible, to keep you happy, fulfilled, and coming back for more pizza!
